Our service areas
We primarily service the Hills area of Sydney but are able to service the majority of metropolitan Sydney. If you're unsure if we cover your location, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Availability
We are generally available for bookings Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. We strive to be flexible to accommodate individual client needs, so please discuss your preferred times with us.

Information required for booking
When filling out the booking form, please provide the following details:
- Participant's full name
- Contact details
- Address for mobile service
- NDIS number
- Confirmation of NDIA-managed status (as we currently service NDIA participants)
- Support coordinator details (if applicable)
- Preferred appointment date and time
- Any accessibility, behavioural, sensory, or communication considerations
- Consent to invoice through the NDIS portal for approved supports

What to expect after booking
After submitting your booking request, participants or their support representatives can expect a confirmation response from us within 24 hours. We will review your booking details, confirm NDIA-managed eligibility, discuss the requested grooming support, and arrange a suitable appointment time for your mobile service. Once confirmed, we will provide all appointment and payment information before the visit takes place.
